Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit, provided the fault is due to manufacturing or damage during delivery.
We cannot refund or replace jewellery that shows significant wear and tear or has been mistreated.
If a customer returns an item after a period of time and the jump ring by the clasp has opened and let the chain out, this is not a product fault. This is due to the necklace or bracelet being pulled and the tension on the jump ring making it open. It is very easy to repair with tweezers. I am happy to do this for you if you return it to the above address. This is not a faulty product and the retailer is liable for the return.
White Label Terms
If a customer who is selling the products under an own label and chooses to sell at a higher retail price than on www.misgraceful.co.uk, the customer will incur liability for any returns after the 7 days.
